In my opinion, this is all very clinical and distant and simply Policy. I am SO happy to say that my late Mum died on hospital in Northern Ireland on 5 April 2023, from a spontaneous Sub-arachnoid Haemorrhage. As an A&E Charge Nurse, I requested that me and my sister were in attendance at Last Offices, which was granted. Deputy Nursing Sister Trina and Doctor Linda were simply superb....Caring, responsible, astute, and available, I really doubt anyone could have cared for a bereaved family better. Thank you
