before anyone makes their Pro Salah comments about the hand shake. No that Megaman was being strategic, Salah is the king of clowning people. Shaking his hand could be a major set up before a match. Its safe to handshake after. besides true sportsmanship is shown when the fight is DONE.

Everybody is praising Salah so much. Stop with that 'this is what you get when you refuse a handshake with superstar dancer' already. They both were very entertaining. Salah already made a name for himself so I can understand that alot of people like him. His rounds were dope. But why can't you see that Megaman did a great job too? I'm not so sure about who should win this battle. A tiebreaker would be great here. And not fist bumping at the start of a battle is no disrespect. There may be some reasons for not doing this. Why would you want to high five or fist bump with somebody when you battle each other during a contest? It's better to do it afterwards. Megaman did great, haven't seen much of his dancing but what I saw here was a high level popping and musicality. Salah is hard to stop when he starts doing tricks and his signature moves, but Megaman was raw. That's my opinion. #polishpoppingbeats #poppingmario

Salah tried to show respect with a fist bump at the beginning of the battle and Megaman refused. But then Megaman tried to show respect at the end of the battle by trying to shake Salah's hand and Salah refused. Does this just come down to a personal preference as to when (before, after or both) to show respect to another dancer? Or was there more to this?

Because Megaman was on the right, he was facing away from the camera. We weren't able to see a lot of the expression on his face and couldn't see the full effect of some of his moves. Showmanship and expression I think does add to the overall battle. In my opinion Salah won the first round but Megaman killed it in the second round, he knew the song and his musicality was on point. As far as the fist bump at the beginning - I think that Megaman wanted to show respect at the end of the battle where as Salah wanted to at the beginning. I think it's just a difference of when to give the props and respect to an opponent.They did end up talking about the battle and the handshake, outside, after it happened. They explained themselves, made up and were cool with each other.
