I felt the need to mention this to anybody struggling with his geometrical lasers phase. DOG deals no contact damage when he becomes invisible, so focus on dodging as he will not deal any damage to you in that phase.

I've come to terms that the Last Prism is just a weakened Phantasmal Deathray attack from the Moonlord.

@@Skrilla_XV ha, was doing a melee calamity playthrough and we fought moon lord (me and some friends), had abt 113 defense and it did over 700 dmg (I had 1170 max hp, was playing on mastermode revengence)

Honestly you should just use dark spark. Polterghast is gonna pop up in dungeon arena building for Cvoid and you can make the dark spark right after, much better weapon against DoG I must say.

Effervescense for mage is probably the highest dps for single target from that tier, if you wanna use Melee then use Ark of the Elements or Plague Keeper. The Community, Seraphs Tracers, Leviathan Ambergris, Sigil of Calamitas, The Absorber, Asgards Valor and Void of Extinction would be my choice for accessories.

Adrenaline charges while a boss is alive, if you get hit it resets to zero. When it's full you can activate it for a 200% dmg boost for a short duration, if the bar is full and you get hit, the dmg of that attack will be reduced by 50%.

Agree, its just too easy to dodge most attacks with elysian aegis/rod of discord and the only part that is actually dangerous is the head.

Try infernum, infernum DoG is undoubtedly my favorite boss in all modded terraria. Very hard, precise but very fun

Chaos stone removes the massive dmg cut from mana sickness and that combined with adrenaline buff melts him.

It's not a texture pack, Calamity mod introduces 4 special items which push your max hp from 500 to 600, and everytime you do, the hearts change color
