It will be interesting to see how you get on with it long term. I can definitely see the appeal....as a second bike. The range seems like it would be fine for my daily commuting, but not weekend rides (150 miles+). I'd be curious to see what your real-world range is when ridden hard. Like WOT from stoplights, fast canyon runs, etc.

As an 8S owner living in the valley I'll miss the 8S content but congrats. since the Delmar is the bike you desired. Will be interesting to see how you adapt to owning electric motorcycle transportation.

I have the GSX 8S and love it. Not too sure how I feel about an electric bike. Personally in the UK I think the overall charging network needs to be increased and regularly maintained before more people are tempted. But for me I think I will stick with the GSX 8S for the time being. Looking forward to your future Livewire content though.

That bike is cool. I'd love to have an electric, but I can't charge at home (apartment) so it doesn't make sense for me to own one yet. I'll live vicariously through you.
