Do you have any advice to troubleshoot the deluxe diffusers? I have a brand new fleur gray one and one brand new bejeweled one. Neither one produces a strong enough bubble to produce any mist and the water never evaporates. Both turn on fine, lights work, I fill them appropriately. I even took the clear disk out of one toosee if that made a difference. It doesn’t. Both lids are tightened. I’m about ready to give up and call it a day with them.

Oh no! I’m so sorry this is happening to you. The only thing I ever do for the diffuser is slide them both back over to the left when you hear that beep noise. Do you have a current consultant?
