Honestly, I prefer to wait to build my parts from combining all gold materials. A pro tip, you only have a strong chance of anything (Including Rapids) when your probability is higher than 85%. So I don't try this move. You need many parts to really level up and to build all parts you are going to spend lots for diamonds, so I advice you build you green parts, and when you have up to 4 parts (not materials), combine and put in your strongest APC. Also try finish your Parts in research lab, you get the parts a little faster. For me, I prefer to wait. Cause the gamble ain't worth it.

I also suggest to kill Horder zombies daily, saves time for producing parts

I try this 1 gold part by 3 orange and got orange not golden part.
