It took me 5 months as a free to play player to finish zone commemoration technology. I finished at Base 19. For you free to play players, you have to be consistent and plan the clash of zone events and don't neglect the daily challenge boxes. EDIT If you don't understand how to do daily challenges as a free to play player you won't be successful. It is imperative that you understand both the clash of zones box system and the daily challenge box system.

I downloaded this game out of pure boredom about eight months ago with every intention of deleting it within two hours of download. Like I said that was eight months ago!! I want to delete it so bad but I’m so far in and committed I can’t. I still feel slightly confused from time to time. But I’m ALMOST on level 22 and plan to keep it going until I reach 25.

If your zone is new and your base is quite low thats what happens.zone Commemoration comes in when clash of zones is near & or your level is around 10++

I disagree with the first recommendation. If you are a "new" player - then you are likely starting in a state that hasn't started Clash of Zones yet - which can take a few weeks from state inception. Even so, you'll have a few weeks until the "real" CoZ starts (after Warm ups/Qualifying). For new bases, start on the first row of technology and getting the second hero spot on all APCs and then the third spot on the first two APCs. By then, CoZ will be close enough that the Zone Com. and Zone Conflict will appear. Courage Medals are extremely hard to get in the early game, so focus on Zone Com when it becomes available and only on Research Day until you get a regular supply of medals coming in. All other days, do other research items. Always be researching something. Unless you are playing with money, don't advance beyond base level 23 until Zone Com is completed. Also, the troop training research up to Enhancement can be done without medals - but I recommend picking a troop type to focus instead of trying to do all of them at once.

Always push 25 as soon as you can, however if you have great fighter heroes you may consider unlocking them! I didn’t unlock my fighters for a while because I had crappy fighter heroes

🙂, upgrade your barracks to maximum level.change your class to farmer, and do national quest daily you get points, unlock skills with that points. you can increase your iron ,lumber,food,wood gathering speed with that points🙂, you can increase your payload,gathering march speed etc.. only farmer class can get these benefits. then train T1 trucks , and send it for gathering. you get minimum 1million resources per day from one apc.

There are some trades at the hub you can do. Also if you save diamonds you can buy iron. You can also buy iron through the VIP shop. If you have farms, send them out every single day if possible together iron and that will help.
