Paul! This is a great idea for challenges oodles. First cook your noodles when you have 20 minutes while you go upstairs and get supplies. And then when you have your noodles ready put them on a plate and grab a big bag of doritos if you can find any. And BOOM. And Jeddah! Bring headphones when you exercise. It'll help you so Ameerah won't be able to turn off your music.
