I would be inclined to think that the house has actually become even more affordable. $3.1M is a bargain though. You strike me as more/the most honest and down to earth Realtor compared to everyone else. I will definitely be seeing you as my agent there in Vegas!!! Are there any more Blue Heron homes/developments in the works?! I am in Hawaii but will be looking for a base home on the mainland in the coming years, something of this caliber would be perfect!

Nice house, but totally screwed the pooch on the upstairs master. I know this was two years ago, but still. The outdoor shower should have been enclosed for a tub and moving the counters into. then they could have enlarged the closets to a size befitting of the term "Mater closet" After all, who would want an outdoor shower in their master, total waste..
