The stated time for opening will not be met, but I would rather seeing them working at a moderate pace and getting the job done to the highest standard rather than rushing to meet deadline and doing substandard work. Thank you for your dedication in highlighting all the happenings in the parish.

There's retail unit of different size for small and large business plus other government services 200 unit has already been registered to move in, and most of them are from that Area. I heard. And it will be expanding to cater for the very small business people For all kind of things soon

Somehow, I feel that this urban center is going to be seriously congested. There are far too many mix use going on here from industry to government to retail to socall public space etc. It is good to have all these entities, but I wondered if the planning/design should have added more acres to add street blocks to spread the building and accommodate more driving to n from because this looks like a lot of walking around especially if the area populous expands
