I wish they would offer a skill medal reset that you can earn or buy additionally. I feel like I've wasted so many skill medals on useless heros or skills

I'll upgrade my Stet to 5 star tomorrow and I've a total of 380k skill medals. His all 3 skills are already at lvl 20. So should I increase his first 2 skills only or all 3??
