I agree with the whole new year new me thing. I’m focusing on getting my masters in forensic psychology and being sober. I’ve been put off from drinking and decided that I just don’t find it appealing anymore. I have better things to do with my time so I am focusing on those two things 🤗.

I injured myself a couple years ago, and I used to be big into going to the gym. So despite not having new years resolutions I was going to go back to the gym now I feel my knee has fully recovered and I am not scared to hurt it. AND I was going to go back to uni after having a break from it because of some mental health issues and I was all prepared and what not. And then on the morning of the 1st of Jan I fell down the stairs and properly messed up my ankle, so I've still not gone to the gym, and not been able to go to uni either because it's such a far walk. So far my year isn't going to great, but I'm hoping to turn it around.

Loved seeing your last week of 2019 I never set resolutions but I always set things I want to do and one new thing I want to learn. So this year I want to learn playing guitar and I want to leave this continent as I've never done that before. I agree with you, don’t wait for New Year’s resolutions, no time like the present 😁. I’ve been trying to just slow down, there’s no need to always be rushing around. I grew up always rushing around, hurry, hurry...... and there’s just no need for that, most of the time. I’m also trying a plant based diet, and it’s much easier and tastier than I thought it would be. My husband has joined me, and we both love it and feel so much healthier already, after just a few weeks. I’m wondering if that’s cow’s milk you’re drinking ? I found the yummiest almond/ cashew chocolate milk, nice and thick, perfect for hot chocolate too 🤗. I have to admit, that pizza, and ice cream would have made me cheat on my new “ diet”. Yummmmmmmmm. Why does the song “Should old acquaintance be forgot...” always make me feel emotional? Anyone else feel that way? 🙄🥂🍾

Not really a new year's resolution. But I had stopped singing. I love music and my mom used to call me her little song bird. Life had stolen my song, my heart was so heavy. But music is a family thing. My dad had a beautiful tenor voice, played the harmonica, fiddle and accordian. Mom had a lovely voice too. And we all liked to sing. So this year I'm bringing my song back.

I also get that feeling of dread when the New Year starts, but this year was particularly bad because I’ll be graduating from University in December, which should be a fun thing, but my brain just gets so hung up on the anxiety and dread of post-grad life 😅 I’ll also be turning 21 so that’ll be a super fun thing (I’m in the States lol) and I have a big family trip coming up in November. So many good things this year that I need to focus on instead of the stressful job hunt that will be January 2021. Love these long vlogs (and literally every other video you put out) ❤️
