I remember when my friend did a handstand went straight into me, and after that I ended up having to be in and out of hospital for 4 years. I’m fine but I got really bad headaches so I was having loads of blood tests and brain scans the headaches was just so bad, I laugh about it now but it really hurt at the time😂x
