To answer the question, I preferred Secret Life over Limited Life for just a few small reasons. -The tasks in Secret Life created more drama and made the episodes more interesting, -The no regen meant that conflict ignited quicker, -And also that GeminiTay and LDshadowlady participated in Secret life!! 🎉

13:29 Secret life probably has to be my favorite season of the life series as a whole tbh. Everyone having different tasks they have to complete A: gives players something to do each episode so there really aren't any moments where they're just running around trying to come up with something and B: Makes for really great rewatchability. I found myself watching a bunch of people I might not normally to find out what they were doing after seeing them from another pov. The non replenishing hearts was also great because it really gave weight to things like traps or dogs, or being able to hit someone with an arrow. In previous seasons, you could spend half the session setting up a cool trap, and if it didn't completely kill the target then it felt pointless. With this, every heart of damage you dealt or took really felt like it meant something. It really felt like the perfect recipe to me, and Im super excited to see how future seasons go based off of it.

i agree!!! secret life was outstanding, even if the rules were confusing. i didn't like the care-free environment in limited life as much, but secret life had this weird, too-nice atmosphere that was wholesome and funny to watch, while also ramping up the tension again with yellow lives and also the non-regenerating hearts, just losing half a heart gets some people to fully stop and agonize over it.

I agree as well! I know a lot of people had problems with this series, but I absolutely loved it. It felt like a really awesome version, and I liked how new it was, not reusing old twists. I also enjoyed some of the new groups, new/rarely seen people, and the lack of repeat storylines. (Jimmy's curse, Scott's blessing, etc.)

Absolutely LOVED Limited Life, BUT I'd have to say Secret Life has been my all-time favorite of the Life series so far. I loved that everyone had a different task, which normally intailed some chaotic and out of character moments, or they had a task that forced other members to interact with ones that weren't a part of their original alliances. Overall it had me wanting to watch everyone point of view to see what their task was and how / if they passed.

Hahaha, it was a great year, thanks for the content. I'll never get over the moment with Skizz pahaha. Personally, secret life was my favourite out of the two because I liked the whole task thing. It was so fun to see people acting strange and trying to figure out why. It also made me watch most of the POVs because I wanted to know the tasks. Limited life was great too though and some of the dynamics with the groups were so great!

About secret life and limited life when limited life was out I was absolutely obsessed with it because the teams were great and all the tnt minecraft kills however secret life was perfect it had merch, funny clips, and cool teams and interesting tasks so I think they were both great but secret life slightly takes the edge. Thanks for the amazing 2023 Jimmy hopefully 2024 is just as good if not better

loved the awkwardness of secret life secret task thing but the, killing to gain an hour and the easiness to lose/gain lives is also so good as well. Like it made them recklesss but at the same time, more relaxed to go crazy. The dynamics in Limited LIfe was also good but i think they lived just too close by so it made the meetings between diff teams more frequent.

Wow, it was a year all over, and the stuff you and the rest of the Lifers made it far better than it might have been. Limited Life was hard to beat, but there were a lot of good things in Secret Life as well, including Lizzie becoming the 'canary'. I probably would have watched more of New Life if it hadn't been for the Create mod. I'm not a fan of the mod, as I play vanilla, but I reset all of my subscriptions on your channels so I'll get all the posts. My personal wish is that you join the Hermits, but all the best in whatever endeavors you take on this year.
