Enjoyed your video. I especially liked your comment about the rising costs at McDonald's. Not only is their food getting expensive but it is also getting smaller. I remember a time when a big mac was actually big. I'm tempted when ordering one of those to ask for a micro mac. When they ask why I'll just point to the burger and say, "you can't actually call this big now can you?".

Glad you Enjoyed it. McDonald's think they are a high end place now, but the food doesn't reflect that. Nor the building.

Last “big Muk” I ate was in the late seventies. Had moderate-level food poisoning from it. Never again. Now, greasy food makes for long bathroom stays…

Took about 33AH (1584 watts (15.84 watts per mile)) to get to Prescott from Peoria on my E-bike. Ran the bike in ultra eco mode 80% of the way. Batteries I used: 48v 20AH: amzn.to/3cKvLZa 15AH, and 8AH: Not Recommending

The night riding, I miss it 🌚♞

Lucas welcome. For my viewers this man is fast without 35 pounds of batteries. In summers here in Phoenix I go pure night. Summers come fast here. I'm sure the heat here is much like Florida just on the dry side of things. Indeed night is best. Just got over a sun burn from riding 85 miles around the white tanks here in the valley of too much sun in the day. I forgot sun block. For night I just need a camera with good DVR . My current shots at night look like they are from the walking dead night scene. Lots of grain.

@@Eric_Tennant I love riding in very hot weather but riding at night in the heat is amazing too, winds zip you across the plains swiftly

@@lucasbrunelle I'm about to do Phoenix area to Payson to Flagstaff to Sedona to Prescott and back. 4-6 days. Suck Tim from this video went and got covid so I could be soloing it. Going around 4/20. Looking not to freeze in the mountains is why I'm waiting. Funny today Arizona had a freak heat wave and put PHX at 90F. Got me thinking about this next trip.

@@Eric_Tennant Yep I've froze to hell in the Rocky mountains

@@lucasbrunelle That next to last ride on ice had to suck when you went into the river. Have you ever rode AZ? Sunday going to be 95F in PHX already. This year is much warmer then last so far. Like +10F. At this rate my tour going to start at 2 am to get out of this valley.

sounds like you and Tim had an intercom, what sort of range was it good for?

About 1/2 mi. I hate how it fits my head. Plus Tim voice for hours was not good.

I don't much about E Bikes but that seems like a lot of miles for one 48a battery without a recharge. You must have put in a lot of work to make it in one shot on the way up. Going home must have been a lot more doable.

About 90% human power. 10% motor. Coming back down the hills was 100% gravity with 10% regen breaks on to stop the bike from going faster then 38 mph.
