This song reminds me of my dissociation, everything feels like I am constantly in memory. Everything feels unreal, and old pictures don't even look real. They look fabricated.
@luisdardis52232 жыл бұрын
again, this is one of the best song ever, if this group were done this in the 80' or 90' the world would being kissing their feet, they are kings out of time, a strange precious stone.
@artisticalex25404 жыл бұрын
This song really makes me think of my dissociation. I see things in third person, especially my child hood. My memories are also like photos and videos, only the good moments are captured in pretty and artistic ways, when in reality the world is more than a picture on a screen. My childhood was traumatic, but all I see are pretty pictures that aren’t mine. Can anyone relate?
@Squip_Ax4 жыл бұрын
All my memories are in third person. Sometimes when I think of memories I view them as a black and white video.

This song reminds me of all my dissociation that I have. It's like looking back and everything feels so.. foreign. These memories are mine but.. what happened? Who am I? Of course as someone with OSDD yeah, dissociation is a huge thing with us.

I’m not sure, but to me it sound a lot like someone looking back on a very traumatising childhood, one that their brain repressed for the most part; making it feel like they didn’t really exist outside of photographs of them as a child- without the photos they would feel like they didn’t really exist. For me I relate this a lot to personal trauma involving certain photos that were taken of me as a child, but I’m unsure if the main singer went through trauma that was similar to mine so I couldn’t claim that as part of my theory on this song.
