My father told me that before he married my mother, he was engaged to one of these chicks. He got engaged to her, he even bought a house and everything, but she called off the wedding at the last minute and then ran off with another guy, and I’m pretty sure she might’ve took the house I’m not sure. But soon after that he joined the Air Force where he met my mom, and then she reached out to him saying that she wanted him back. He just cut her off completely. He and my mom are celebrating their 20th anniversary of marriage this year, and they have four kids (myself included). Best decision he ever made.
