Obsessing with Vulcain lately, actually loving their whole model range. But it’s the Chronograph standing out most to me, because I don’t have one yet mostly. And a speedmaster moonwatch has been my grail for quite some time, until the Carrera glassbox game out that is. Vulcain actually has some of the details I like about the glassbox for a fraction of the price, mainly the ability to buy a panda or reverse panda with the contrasting sub dials. Good job Vulcain! I’m saving up for it now!

Really well exicuted watch. I've been on the fence with buying one since I first got wind of this model earlier this yr. Can't decide between the eye popping salmon dial, or the classic black. If the price was $1200 or so i would have already bought it. But at its price point it has too much competition.

Heya. Love your video (the exact configuration I want so plenty of good air time). But I thought to myself that mars is actually the Roman hod of war, so looked it up. “In Roman mythology, Vulcan (also known as Vulcanus) is the god of fire, metalworking, and the forge. He is the Roman counterpart of the Greek god Hephaestus. Vulcan, often depicted as a skilled blacksmith and craftsman, is known for his ability to forge weapons, armor, and other metal creations.” Makes sense for a name for watchmaking I think!

@@LastWatch Hard to say, I'd have to look into both in more detail (things like power reserve, how the lume compares, relative thickness, etc...) but the Oris does have more options and also an inexpensive bracelet upgrade. On the other hand the Vulcain is much more uncommon, so that's a plus for Vulcain. I prefer bigger cases though for sports watches, typically 42mm+.
