Lat Lag Gayee (Benny Dayal, Shalmali Kholgade, Pritam Chakraborty) - ZUMBA ROUTINE

This past December, I was asked to do a brief Zumba set of Bollywood songs for a fantastic local group of Indian women for their annual year-end celebration. The lady who had contacted me to do the event suggested this song along with a couple of others for me to teach. I now have several participants in my regular Zumba class who hail from India and that region of the world, so I have incorporated this song along with several other Bollywood songs into my regular Zumba playlist.
