Just made whole roasted chicken, Navratna pulav and kulcha along with pineapple raita and fresh salad for dinner. My whole family loved it and I thank Almighty for the gift He gave us.

Very well balanced diet, contains protein, complex carbs, good fats, vitamins, fibre. Will definitely try it. And I agree with you on salt, once you start having food without salt, your tongue develops taste without salt.

It’s better to steam ur veggies in an idli steamer rather than boiling veggies 🌽 Cos all nutrients are lost in boiling

In dat case it vl b over cooked n more of fried in oil or butter. Boiling first before sautéing dem is a gud n I feel correct option.

Surely steaming the vegetables would be a lot healthier than boiling them? Also chopping them would make them more attractive. If you don’t want to use salt that’s fine however you can add a lot of flavour through adding chillies, spices and fresh herbs.

I think carrot, beans, boiled patatoes or paneer ko cubes me ct krna chahiye tha.. vegetable stock can be used to bind wheat flour.

Mam, I respect you a lot. But this recipe really does not look edible. There wasn't any requirement to parboil the veggies and I don't think eating that huge carrot without chopping is possible. When it comes to salt, we can use the healthier alternatives like pink salt etc but this video doesn't look honest to me. At a side you are adding butter and the other side you are not adding salt. It looks a little questionable.

Minor oil ya butter use kare bake karne ke liye...kyonki ...chapati ...banana aur...ye bake karna both are different ...so ...healthy ...purpose aap minor oil ya butter coating kijiye.. ...varna ye direct pen pe back karna not good for health.... pen garm hone se usme jo metallic oxide separate hote he vo aapke khane me coating nahi hone ki vajah se jaldi absorbe ho jate he.....

Being a celeb and that too a well maintained one is not an easy task, and keeping a healthy diet is a way to express gratitude. There's absolutely no doubt that Lata ji can give complex to anybody who is in their 20s, all credit to her balanced lifestyle. Tumko tala hua khana.. You go eat, tumhe bhuna hu khana h.. More effective if carrots cut into pieces and beans halved. Also after balancing in boiled water it is better not to stir fry in butter cos then it is healthier..

Seems like a good idea but boiling and discarding the veggie water isn't a sensible thing rather streaming veggies would be better where there is no loss of vutamins
