Just made whole roasted chicken, Navratna pulav and kulcha along with pineapple raita and fresh salad for dinner. My whole family loved it and I thank Almighty for the gift He gave us.

Surely steaming the vegetables would be a lot healthier than boiling them? Also chopping them would make them more attractive. If you don’t want to use salt that’s fine however you can add a lot of flavour through adding chillies, spices and fresh herbs.
We know that we should take care of health....but I'm very much lover of spicy n taste.. Long with that I keep my weight moderate 🙏

Mam, I respect you a lot. But this recipe really does not look edible. There wasn't any requirement to parboil the veggies and I don't think eating that huge carrot without chopping is possible. When it comes to salt, we can use the healthier alternatives like pink salt etc but this video doesn't look honest to me. At a side you are adding butter and the other side you are not adding salt. It looks a little questionable.

Seems like a good idea but boiling and discarding the veggie water isn't a sensible thing rather streaming veggies would be better where there is no loss of vutamins
