Onion-400g
Ginger-2"(30-35g)
Garlic -50g
Coriander powder -1tbs
cumin powder -1tbs
Kashmir red chilli powder -1tbs
turmeric powder -1tsp
Garam masala -1tsp+1/2
Meat masala-1tsp
Black pepper powder -1/2tsp
Salt to taste
Tomato (1medium)
Bay leaf -2
Green cardamom -4
Black cardamom -2
Cinnamon sticks
Cloves -8-10
Dry red chilli -4
Whole black pepper -15-20
Green chilli -4-5
Mustard oil (as required)
