Hey Boardzy listen up, i play fortnite and as im tired of using a wired mouse i want to buy a wireless one. I have a really weird grip style, which i think resembles a fingertip grip, with the only difference being that i use 3 fingers on the mouse instead of 2. So after a week of using the AC Pro Neon, I must say that this is the best mousepad I have ever used. The glide is fast and smooth, yet very controllable with excellent stopping power. I have also tried the Hien, but I thought the surface for that mousepad was rough which made my aim feel jittery. I have also tried the GSR II but that one was just like a QCK which was overall terrible. Lots of thanks to boardzy for recommending the AC Pro Neon, you have to try it to believe it!

Between the hien and AC Pro, which one had the least amount of friction? Like in terms of stopping power, initial, and static friction? I mostly play games like Apex and The Finals.

You got me convinced to buy the Aqua Control Pro Neon, paid $40 total w/ free shipping for the XR size. This is my 1st high-end mousepad as I have always just used a QCK, I've never tried an Artisan mousepad either, so I wouldn't really know what's better so I'll just have to trust your word for it, you do have a handful of mousepads so I trust you with your experience. Thanks for sharing your experiences with these mousepads, truly helped me with the decision.

I've been using the Empress by Padsmith after using a Skypad for a few weeks. If there's such thing as a control glasspad, that's it. I think it's sleeve necessary glass pad though.

Yo boardzy help me out - I’m having tracking issues with my Razer mice, is this something you have experienced? Both my vmse and dav3 pro have to be used on highest lod and even then they sometimes freeze up and won’t track for a second. Also when I reset the mouse it can sometimes take a second to register. Just super inconsistent. I received a brand new vmse rma replacement today and it has same issue. Have tried zero x soft, hien soft, otsu soft, raiden x soft, shidebkai v2 x soft and fnatic dash and it’s the same with all of them. Have two pcs, 12900k ddr4 and 14900k ddr5 with 4090 and same issue on both. I can’t be the only one noticing this. What are your thoughts? My Vaxee xe wireless and Atlantis mini work flawlessly on lowest lod ok same setup.

@@lumens3234 Yo, I’ve owned both of these pads, and they’re both great. Hayate otsu is definitely a lot smoother with less texture than the hien, it is pretty fast at the start but I honestly got used to it within like a day or two and now it doesn’t feel nearly as fast. Good speed, good control. Same with the hien honestly, they’re both great pads, it really depends what you’re looking for. I think a safer recommendation would be the otsu though.

A popular method is to put it in a bathtub with some dish soap scrub it then roll it up in a towel but make sure it folds the way that would be on your desk not the other way or it won't be very flat

A really underrated Pad I started loving this year: The Raiden XSoft. Everybody is speaking of the mid, because Matty made it famous, but after trying both I feel like as long as the games you play aren't fully tracking centered the XSoft is just the safer and more balanced variant. I even use it in val in immo+ or in cs in faceit. Gives you the perfect speed for micros and enough stopping power for flicks due to the big "sponge". Best all-rounder pad for me ever since my otsu went to shit after barely half a year of usage.

im using the Artisan Ninja FX Zero soft and it feels good but the micro adjustments are kinda mid sometimes. i also tryed the hien soft but it was way too fast and uncontrollable for me in VAL im ASC1 would u recommend anything or is it just skill issue. i heard the LGG Saturn pro should be a bit better for micros cause the initial friction is lower then on the zero after its broken in. thanks

hayate otsu is the pickiest pad with mouse feet i've ever used. it's my favorite by a lot but ONLY when using worn-in 100% ptfe skates. Stock skates tend to feel terrible on it. But when you have the skates dialed in it's actually somewhat controlled and extremely smooth. But again, picky. Drop any random stock mouse with the white-looking skates and it feels rough and weird.
