Very cool! California is so lucky to have the wasp to produce all sorts of potential new varieties.

Seriously love this video. I need to save it so when people ask me what I aspire to do, I can just show them. Heck yeah man rock on!! Those yellow with red insides are real cool. Looking forward to seeing what happens next season

Oh my goodness, that Tamarind Gold one looks and sounds amazing!

It has such an incredible flavor! Caprified, of course. No idea if it’s common but I will definitely test it out
@amessngerКүн бұрын
I know it's unlikely, but wouldn't that be wonderful. One could hand pollinate though...
@evanborge494Күн бұрын
Im pretty sure you can grow the seeds of the ones you like since they are caprified and have a bunch of plants which will have a 25% chance of being a common fig that's similar to the parent tree.
@figsandchocolate5553Күн бұрын
@@evanborge494 I believe that, unless it happens to be a persistent Caprifig, the odds are very low that it produces common offspring.

Are you able to ship some cuttings.
@figsandchocolate55532 күн бұрын
@@rickycervantes4926 this was several months ago and I only took a few cuttings to try to grow them out and see if they’re common. I didn’t have much room to take many cuttings.

They may be removed someday but it’s unlikely for quite some time.
