Ruby. *_One of the most underrated yet monster lifesteal once it gets its core item (and also in late game). Thats where she starts to dominate each and everyone of them. And no anti-heal can reduce her lifesteal. Which what makes her a unique hero_*

@@crazemlbb8434 ruby isn't really meant to farm fast. Unlike other fighters who can either sustain themselves or burst the jungle monsters (and minions). She is more of a passive aggressive type, where at the start of the match. You only focus on one lane, and that is to just clear minions (but always remember to last hit. As they give gold and exp way higher than just letting the minions/turret do). But as you gradually get your items, thats where you get to clear and jungle monster fast and easy. As her skill set were all AoE (which is not only great it teamfight. But as well as clearing minions). Now, ruby has a very short CD (for a fighter atleast), which makes her skill spammable (especially at max level with 40% cdr). And this is where the Aggressive part comes in, once you get the items that you needed. This is where you start coming along with your allies incase of teamfights, and we all know ruby gets tanky as she levels up (thanks to her passive). Which by the way, don't ever forget to max her passive. As it will help you stay longer in the teamfights, and thus thats where you start hunting... Now for emblems and builds (depends on your playstyle so this may not be suitable for everyone) For emblems i usually get the fighter emblem with the Festival of Blood Talent (as it gives you 8% spellvamp... Which btw stacks on her lifesteal), everytime you kill someone increases it upto 12% max. Which means 20% spellvamp overall (basically bloodlust axe's passive) For items depends on who am i facing at, but usually i go for Magic Boots(that 10%cdr in early is a great help) Endless Battle(both lifesteal, cdr and mana regen) Haas Claws(as your life gets lower, you get a higher lifesteal) Apoc's Wings (another cdr with a 50% dmg reduction and a increase of lifesteal once you get a lower health... Which is a great partner for haas claws) Immortality (for sustainability of course) Oracle (now not many people may know this but she can now be affected by healing effects. Which can increase her lifesteal... BUT only works on spellvamp, so even if they uses a necklace of durance or sea halberd or baxia. You still won't be affected. Only the spellvamp emblem/item. And also magic defense, and 10%cdr) Which overall have 40% cdr (which is great as you can just jump around while annoying the fuck out of them... Just don't get heavily CCed ok?) And i think thats all i can say (apology for my poorly english grammar as it isn't my native language... And also like i said earlier this emblem, build and how you should use her only works if your playstyle is similar to mine. Which focuses and being passive on early, clear minion waves and then once got the core item, thats where you get aggressive.) @@luismercad1802 well the build and emblem on the video focuses more on aggressive/hunt early (and also higher early dmg as it is using an assasin emblem than the other one) and based on its emblem sets. Its more of a aggressive type in early as not only it had 10% cdr early (no items included) but as well as the "Everytime i kill you i get hp" talents (or Killing Spree as it was named) while mined focuses and survivability on teamfight (which is both great depending on your playstyle). This user must be the type of player who likes to harass enemies early (which can be great as it can slower the enemies' farm) while mine just focuses on teamfight. Thats why i uses the cdr boots rather than the physical/magical def boots as i needed the cdr first. Since like i said, i want to be as active in teamfights as possible while trying to maintain my life and not dying early. Thats why you can see that half of my builds are defense than offense. As i play semi-tank ruby while that one is assasin ruby. Both are great as both can sustain and last longer. The only difference is that mine has a higher def while this one has a higher damage.

lt became my main and l have a win rate of 65% vs Mythics in classic, you just have to make her go to late game. My secret is to build defensively and when the enemy MM uses his dash you use your ulti, thats how l win most games

The game is fun but the new heros are always becoming more and more broken, Atlas most of the times just means a garanted kill. Old heros are almost useless agaisnt meta heros, especially fighters like Ruby since the broken heros have either extreme slows or high damage. You have to be good with your old heros if you want to even stand a chance

Games are usually Decided by 10 minutes that’s why ruby isn’t good right now. Mm and other new champs have early damage. Ruby doesn’t have the damage or sustain to keep up early. She needs a team of early game team mates to stretch the game long enough for her to be good later on.

It just depends on your build of choice, I choose bloodlust to maximize her heal effect as well as for the 10% cd reduction. Also what do you mean by override? I mean, Ruby is always built with every lifesteal items, which also includes spellvamp.

Snow Xyto spellvamp doesn't override her passive. I mean, lifesteal does indeed turn into spellvamp for Ruby, and spellvamp from bloodlust and from fighter emblems stacks up with that.

Just Michael unfortunately on the next update anti-lifesteal now works on spellvamp, including Ruby... on the plus side Oracle now also increases the heal from spellvamp, including Ruby. Though I feel like they're forcing us to use Ruby as a Tank, cause using her as a fighter will be a bit harder with the anti-lifesteal counter.

Yeah, cos Ruby actually kinda converts her life steal into something similar to spell vamp. If you think about it, her life steal is literally her spell vamp: it's lifesteal based on skills, not basic attack. So yes, use lifesteal for her, spell vamp is literally the same thing, but cos they are classified differently, healing reduction items won't affect spell vamp, only lifesteal. (Someone pls correct me if I'm wrong, wanna clarify this) Hopefully this answered your question. I didn't mean to be very complicated with it, just giving you additional tips. :)

I use support emblem (because if I use assassin I always low on mana), plus support emblem got bonus cd, movement speed , penetration,regen and flicker spell . I got Endlesss battle first then jungle item or BOD. I only buy Haas Claw if I need to sustain, usually don't. She is like Minsi, can use as support,semi tank or fighter. I don't think full damage build is good, her passive makes her good for teamfight. I don't know why bother buying Bloodlust. Other Emblem will be Fighter (with shoes talent) or Jungle (for faster farming)
