First time seeing this one . Rusty could have done a crossover but got into Bell . If you watch the Lucas Oil and World Of Outlaws guys , they do it all the time . That was not Bell's fault , if they don't touch you during the slide job , it's a good slide job , what happens after the slide job is on the other guy .

I didn't see the 21 car do anything wrong. The guy that tried to go after the driver of the 21 was one that caused the wreck.

Tessa Charles you obviously don’t know much about racing 😂 he had him cleared. Going for the lead. When it’s everyone running the top side you have to do what you have to do. Now if rich would have drove into the door panel of schlenk, I would see where people would be upset. But that’s not what happened 😂 there was absolutely nothing wrong with what he did
