This beautiful video has become my go-to safe place when I’m having a panic attack. I’ve got a little lower back massager that I put on, roll on some lavender oil and I imagine I’m sitting on the end of that bed in this lovely room. I allow the anxiety to move through me, reminding myself that I’m safe, and It does the trick every time. There’s something about this room that’s so inviting and soothing and I love how cleansing the rain sounds. You can almost smell it. 💚 💙
