Great Job!!.You defiantly have something here and deserve a big audience..You have a great voice for narration..One small thing,The background music was a bit too loud and I missed a few things said.Still very nice!

I've reduced the volume of the BG music in newer episodes. I'm currently working on a reformat of the channel (to better dodge copyright issues), but I'm glad you've found us! (BTW, not sure if you're aware but "Cheddar Cheese" is a frequent joke-name for Chevy Chase around these parts. You'll fit right in!) ;)

Hi! I've been binging your vids. I honestly think you are doing a great job with the way talk, what you talk about.. I'm 35 and thought I knew a lot of the first season. But I'm learning alot. I love old live media, and I like how you mostly talk about interesting facts vs hate on everything. I would be totes on board for watching you do season 2. So I hope you continue this. I was gonna give a little suggestion (the music too loud) but looks like you've addressed this so, cool anyways I honestly look forward to season 2. Ill be here!

Thanks so much for the kind words! I do plan to continue with season 2 and beyond, but I'm in the midst of a cross-country move ATM, (as well as reformatting how I present future videos to avoid copyright flags) so it'll be awhile. Stay tuned!

@@nicole9volt We're looking at places in Upstate New York - nothing firm yet. I'm hoping to use shorter rather than fewer clips, and perhaps do some minor editing to the pace of clips to look less like I'm just reposting sketches. Hopefully I'll be back up and running in the next six months or so. Thanks again for your interest! It's nice to have folks still discovering the channel while I'm taking downtime.

Smarmy snooty review by an amateur who brings his own stilted bile out against a perfectly lovely and talented Jill Clayburgh. Jill’s performance is very good despite mediocre material. Her rendition of Sea Cruise is terrific.

Would be so much better if you turn the music down in the background. Competition between narration and music is a tad too much.

If you weren’t alive/old enough in the mid ‘70s, it’s understandable not getting why Clayburgh was chosen to host. “Gable and Lombard” was a much publicized and anxiously awaited flick that bombed at the box office, but Clayburgh came out of it with decent reviews and plenty of press. She went on to star a few years later in a very of-it’s-time movie, “An Unmarried Woman.” Cringe-worthy now, but a real feminist statement then.
