You are at an excellent angle to identify the penalty. I was standing about 20 metres to the right from where you are and I didn't think it was a penalty but now when I play back from 5:59 at quarter speed it is definitely deflected upwards away from the goal by the Barrow players arm so it was definitely a penalty. We cant say it would have been a goal without that deflection but at least it would have required the keeper to make a save to stop a goal.
