Wow great buck. Wish I had that kind of window of time. Mess with the range finder, mess with camera. Deer stays put. I usually only have 3 seconds to make a decision and a shot.

Maybe somebody in the comments could help. It I live in Wisconsin and I have a little 243 but I’m probably going to upgrade soon. I don’t know what type of rifle/caliber to get. I shoot under 100 yards and would go over that. Cause I want to go out west for the bigger game. But I have no idea what I should get. Plus finding different ammo right now is hard

Try getting a 350 legend. It is really consistent and accurate. I can use one crosshair for 250 yards. Past that I do have to aim a little higher.

30-06, 7mag, 300 win. All great options. But your 243 would do fine on just about anything with a good shot.

These guys that hunt these deer farms kill me, if they were not hunting a food plot or a corn field they could not kill a deer to saver there life, unless some guide put them on one. They are shooters not hunters!
