Late Season Shiras moose hunt

Young Kade gets a chance at a once-in-a-lifetime Shires moose, and I got to tag along and capture it on film for him!

Nice moose. I'm amazed at how big they are. I never saw any until I moved up here to Montana, and had a young bull come running (more like trotting) to my truck and stop 20 yards away to drink water. Man they are big, and they can move so effortlessly.

Nice moose and congrats to the hunter. But that shot was very unethical. The calf was RIGHT behind the bull when the shot rang out. ALWAYS WATCH WHATS BEHIND YOUR TARGET. Be more careful next time please.

I am happy to see the young man get his bull, but its not like he didn't have alot of help. Don't get spoiled by this hunt. C
