Thanks for talking about what an incredible writer Mikey is. It doesn't get mentioned often enough. He's been behind a lot of SNL's best sketches of the last 10 years. David S. Pumpkins, Farewell, Mr Bunting, Undercover Boss: Starkiller Base, Close Encounters, Mafia Meeting (Space Pants), Live Report, the Dunkin Donuts commercials, The War In Words, The Grouch, and Waffle House, Mario Kart, A Christmas Carol, Jake From State Farm and Traffic Altercation from just last season. This is only a small portion, the list goes on. He's already an SNL legend.

And totally hit home with me, because in grade school, we had just basically finished learning all about our weights & measures, and the school suddenly announce that we were switching over to the metric system. I think Mikey is incredibly underrated as a longtime SNL cast member and writer. As an American, living in France, married to an Australia, the daily struggle with "weights and measures" (and temps!) is real. I have watched "Washington's Dream" like 20 times and literally LOL the entire time. Nate was THE perfect person to play Washington. Absolutely the best sketch in a long time.

The thing I liked about Heidi breaking with Beevis and Butthead is how she still looked so pretty with that beautiful smile while she was breaking up -- usually ugly laughing is like ugly crying.
