Idk what anyone else's take is. I usually have a pretty good ear for music and voices, but I can't for the life of me hear the lines she delivers as Joy and imagine it coming out of Amy's mouth. It only sounds right when I picture the animated character say it. My experience with acting is limited to community theater but to me THAT is good voice acting - when it feels wrong to picture the voice actor saying it IRL and only the character seems right. Alan Tudyk also gets there in I, Robot and Rogue One
