It is warning you can use ${JAVA_HOME}/lib/tools.jar but make sure you customise that path

if possible uninstall java 18 and move to 17 and if it is ok with you move to java 8, it is much more stable with Automation. Even Appium works best with java 8

So after adding cobertura and tools dependency missing artifact com.sun.jar error still exist in pom.xml. Also tools.jar path cannot be added in systemPath in tool dependency. So please tell how to resolve it

hope you have downloaded maven and configured in env variables. Then when you create the maven project, skip the archetype selection and use the artifact id maven-archetype-quickstart and select 1.4 in it and proceed. I hope you are using Java 17 at least...

Does this video setup demonstration still apply to Java 17 or higher? I had a pom.xml that was working fine until I upgraded to Java 17. It was working great on 1.8 jdk. Now, I have to hunt down updated pom setup videos to find one that works with Java 17 or higher.
