Washing machine dont discharge water while filling drum, in your case if machine is taking water and discharging same time then its cleary problem with software program or with drum holes at bottom. Please call customer care, raise service request, do not forget to ask visiting charges for your information if machine is out of warranty.

If your cloths are normal day to day used cloths, you can directly put in machine and machine will clean them perfectly. This machines minimum washing time is 1 hour.

This is a serious problem if the machine not holding the water same time when water coming into the drum to wash the cloths. Only solution is to contact Samsung service centre, so the service person will identify the problem and correct it. I think software/program might be the problem, because software controls the opening and closing of these parts to inlet and drain water. They have a machine check via software, it then indicates the problem in there device connected via cable to washing machine.

After the machine estimates the complete washing time and just before it starts the operation, pause and check if the levels you set previously are same or not, sometimes it changes the level. But this moment you can set again the levels you want and resume the machine. If still the same problem, call service center they will check with software for any issue. If the machine old is then other method is, if you want level 3 and your machine taking level 4 then, next time you select level 2 machine will take level 3, like wise.

As you said the machine is newly bought, so definitely there shouldn't be any problem. If you tried to use it, i suppose washing was correct and only water is not coming from the bottom outlet flexible pipe. Then check whether end of outlet pipe is free to pass the water and not blocked by any wall or similar. If not then call customer care they will send service men free of cost under warranty and solve the problem or tell something which is not correct. As to water to come out from the bottom pjpe we/the user don't need to do anything apart from attaching flexible pipe to machine.

Machine does not hang unless no water supply, still you can press pause and then resume it might start remaining process

You can change the level of spin, wash and rinse, it changes time accordingly. Always use superspeed mode on right side, it can wash cloths in 1 hour. Still if you didnt liked the machine you can return i think. All top load washing machines take same time for cloth washing, in front load time is less.

@@dhananjaychourasiya1425 For cloths: In normal weather in india, you also have to dry outside machine for 15-20 minute for 101% dry feeling. in rainy season like now you increase spin level and still needs 30-60 minute for dry outside and then you can use cloths. Great job by machine this model.

Yes, Liquid detergent is good, powder detergent get collected in the drum bottom after long term use. So use both in-between.

But when the rotation is reduced to 1 or 2 then the sound also becomes low. If you are noisier than usual, contact customer support. it will be a free visit if the machine is under warranty

Yes, it will shake little as it is rolling drum to throw out water in cloths. Not to worry but no hard things around the machine, keep some distance between machine and other things around it. Also try not to load too much cloths in machine they becomes heavy in wet condition.

Mansoon feature increases the spinning time by 15/30min. It is to use in rainy season. You have to select this option at start of washing.

La lavadora tira el agua fuera en el ciclo de aclarado, es normal, puede mantener la manguera en el nivel del suelo al igual que la lavadora. Pero si la lavadora tira el agua fuera en el llenado de agua en el tambor o en el ciclo de lavado, entonces es un problema y debe ponerse en contacto con el servicio de atención al cliente.
