I’ve just binge watched all your videos. I was just diagnosed with colon cancer Oct. 5 this year. Just went in for my first routine colonoscopy and they found a large malignant mass. I had surgery Oct 23 for a right colectomy and resection and in the midst of recovery. Waiting for pathology to tell me what stage I’m in. I NEVER had any symptoms and the crazy thing is that the surgeon said that I could have had this mass for 10-15 years. I am the poster-child for healthy eating and exercise, I am not overweight and I’ve never smoked. It blows my mind and I still can’t wrap my head around all this. So, watching you be so real and open with your emotions help me to mentally gear up for what comes next and know that I’m not the first nor the last and that there are so many warriors who have battled this successfully. Thank you!

Hi Joe, Can you please give us an update? My mom was diagnosed two months ago and I really want to see your process. Not only because you are teaching us a lot but also because I want to see you with your wifey and family celebrating.

Hello Melissa, thanks for the comment. I have just finished my last cycle (8 of 8) and I'm doing well. On the road to recovery and have a colonoscopy scheduled in a month. Once that is complete, I will then hopefully get my port-a-cath taken out and go from there. Feeling good and it's a relief to know that I don't have to go to the hospital tomorrow for another cycle.

I'm happy for you! It's amasing that U are cancer free. It's miraculous considering how huge a mass you used to have in your body! I just don't get why U have to undertake a very heavy and extremely long chemo treatment if your tumor has already gone?? It doesn't seem logical at all! Anyhow, this is great news! Keep up!

I would recommend fasting for a month on water and then doing omad keto diet for a year. Dr Berg, Lustig, Seyfield etc. Metabolic desease, close down glucose and glutamine pathway, cancer can't grow

The company I work for has been super supportive and I'm not actually working at the moment. Focused 100% on my health. Luckily I receive a percentage of my wage as the company has salary continuance insurance. I understand this is a very privileged position, hence I see my job at the moment as full time looking after myself (nutrition, exercise, meditation etc) and have no excuse not to focus on that.
