As you have registered after 1st July, 2017, for CA Final then you need to complete these trainings before appearing for CA Final exam. As you maybe aware that - in education scheme which was introduced from 1st July, 2017, also had requirement to complete these trainings before CA Final exam, so same is carried forward. This relaxation is given to students who had registered before 1st July, 2017 and appeared for exam then, as at that time these trainings needed to be completed after exam. Sir, I want ask - I have done with advance IT in December. Result of this test will be declare soon. Well, i have left with MCS training right now. My attempt is in May 2025 for CA final. Exam form for it will be in Feb, 2025. So what can i do? MCS training will probably done by feb last. As per the announcement one shall be registered and appeared for exam before 1st July, 2017 which is complied by you. However, you have renewed to the CA Final Registration in April-2023 which might disqualify you from getting this benefit. Sir, my articleship have been completed last year(2023), but I am yet to appear the Unit-2D of Intermediate Examination in the upcoming May 2024 examination. Since my one group of Intermediate was pending during articleship, I have not undergone the Advanced ITT & MCS during articleship. My query is that, will I be eligible for MCS-Adv. ITT after CA Final Reg. following the Intermediate Exam Passing or there would be any problem since I have not done it during Articleship?

As per this notification, any student who appears for CA Final before July-17 may complete these trainings after appearing for CA Final exam but before applying for membership. Whether have you appeared for any attempt after May-16? And GMCS 2 is equivalent to MCS, hence, you need to complete MCS as well, just for clarification.

As per the announcement, student who has registered before July, 2017 for CA Final and appeared for exam earlier can get benefit of it. As you are registered in 2016, that condition is fulfilled. Further, over telephonic conversation with ICAI, it is mentioned that student who has appeared for CA Final exam before July, 2017 would only be eligible. Yes, one need to register immediately as there is so much rush on registration. I don't know the exact date, however, for May-24 attempt, it is allowed to complete those trainings before 10th April, 2024, so that we can expect that for Nov-24 attempt, it will be allowed to complete around before Sept, 2024. Hello sir, I have registered for CA Final on 05/12/2016. I have given Nov 2018 attempt under that syllabus (syllabus before 01/07/2017) when parallel attempts under that syllabus and newly introduced syllabus (01/07/2017) were going. After that I have never given any examinations in 01/07/2017 syllabus. Now I am giving both group exams in Nov 2024. As per my interpretation of the notification, I can complete Adv ITT after my exams but before applying for membership. Am I correct sir? Or am I missing something? Please guide sir. No, sorry but your interpretation is not proper. Since as per this announcement, students, who have registered for CA Final course and appeared for CA Final before 1st July, 2017, can get benefit of this relaxation that is they can complete these trainings after CA Final exams but before applying for membership. However, I would like to know that whether you have appeared for CA Final in earlier new course which was applicable from 1st July, 2017 or not. As if you were allowed to appear for CA Final in earlier new course without completing these trainings, you may also get some relaxation. Kindly reply, so I may help you.

If you are allowed in May-24 attempt that you can appear for CA Final without completing these trainings. Then you will be allowed for Nov-24 as well. However, it is advised that you should get confirmation from the ICAI. But as of now focus on studies for May-24, after the exams you may get confirmation from ICAI or can complete the trainings. At the time of opening of window for exam form, they will come up with guidance in which cut off date will be mentioned, before that one need to complete Adv ITT etc., for Nov-24, it was 10th October, 2024, hence, for May-25, it would be around April, 2025, so it would not be big problem for you, you will be eligible! No, you wouldn't be eligible to appear for Nov-24 exams, since there is requirement that in case of students undergoing 3 years articleship as per old scheme, in last six months of articleship, student may appear for CA Final exams, however, in Nov-24, it would be last seven months. As per the new scheme, student need to complete Advanced ICITSS (i.e. Advanced ITT and MCS) to be completed after practical training i.e. Articleship but before appearing for CA Final. And as per the new scheme, one need to clear both groups of CA Inter to apply for articleship. Hence, student who has passed only one group of CA Inter would not be eligible to complete it before completion of articleship. Hope your doubt is clarified. Sir Mera registration 2014 me hua tha. Aur tab only OT, ITT and GMCS tha. Mera OT, ITT & GMCS complete ho gaya hai. To Kya mein eligible ho jaunga new final course exam k liye ya advance ITT, MCS and advance ott bhi karna hoga? Please guide also let me know if I am eligible for exempting GMCS Training.

It is not required to be completed before CA Final Registration, you need to complete it before appearing for CA Final exam! If you are registered in New Course, then you need to complete them after completing Articleship. However, it is not mentioned that whether it is necessary to be registered for CA Final before applying for trainings. It is advisable to register for CA Final and then complete them. Sir me before 1-7-17 ke pehle ke old course me tha and mene old course jab tak tha tab tak attempt diye hai but new course after 1-7-17 wale me ek bhi exam nhi diya hai but form fill kiye hai...after vivid jab tak old course tha tab tak attempt diye hai.. Me konse point me cover hu 2nd or 3 rd

As you have registered before 1st July, 2017 and also attempted for CA Final before July, 2017, you will be covered by 3rd point i.e. you will get the benefit of this clarification that you can complete these trainings after CA Final but before applying for membership.
