This guy is a professional crisis manager - he is here to not make the ELT look bad - despite him saying he would be fair it is just a cover - the fact that he took a shot at quote "armchair investigators" shows he is not impartial. He never took a shot at the ELT but gave them praise yet He doesn't treat those who are questioning what the ELT are doing the same way. I hope people see through this professional performance. Remember he is a professional, he knows how to talk and exactly what to say to not incriminate those he is representing. But he exposed himself by already showing impartiality.

I’m heartbroken at how defensive and secretive the ELT has been and is being. So tired of the sweep it under the rug and keep plugging along mentality. Just end this and speak clearly and plainly beyond the lawyering and minimizing. We love the church and have many we love at IHOP/Forerunner. But tired of the PR show and have lost trust… Why is our trust important? Because what if something else happens in the future? To our kids? To one of our spouses? @@janets.4384 my heart is broken by all of this. I am not an outsider. I am indeed an insider who has been around IHOP for longer than most. I also have been in high level leadership (at other ministries/companies) and understand well that most congregations don’t know what goes on behind leadership closed doors. I haven’t stopped praying, loving on the hurt and broken, or seeking the truth. I also have lost great trust in the ELT during this process. Not mostly due to them, but due to their loyalty to Mike behind closed doors. FYI: there are millions of dollars at stake within IHOP. Who do you think still holds the reigns of this money? If we think anyone other than Mike we are fooling ourselves. Mike may have stepped down, but he didn’t relinquish power. We can say that Christians don’t make decisions based on power and money. Until we ourselves get a sneak peak behind the curtain…

I would like to make it clear that this post is not intended as a judgment against IHOP. However, the Lord did show me in a radical dream which left me shaking for 5 days in 2020 that radical all consuming judgment was coming upon the counterfeit church. The counterfeit church that he showed me clearly was operating in "strange fire" (like Nadab and Abihu). And the Lord's judgment fell on that church. There is a church in South Africa that at that time came to my mind, that clearly was on God's hit list. No doubt about it. What I want to gently encourage everyone at this point is full honesty before the Lord. Full transparency and honesty is what is needed. If everyone is fully transparent and honest, the Lord can work with this. Hiding things is really not going to help-- and may well incur greater condemnation. Come clean.

This whole situation has unfolded the way it has because Mike Bickle has chosen to keep silent under the pretext that he doesn’t have to defend himself. If I’m not mistaken, he does have a lawyer, so he is actually defending himself, which contradicts his position that “God will vindicate me.” Ask yourself, why would he need a lawyer if that’s the case? So the legal system and God can vindicate him? I don’t have all the facts about the situation but there is one thing I know for sure: A good man would either deny the claims AND get a lawyer or he would own up to what he did. Period.

It is so sad that there has seemingly been no scriptural guidance on what God's Word says about this situation. And seemingly no concern for the reproach being brought against God's name. He speaks loud and clear on qualifications of Church leaders and how to work with unruly/unrepentant people in the church and the process of working toward repentance and reconciliation while caring for and protecting the oppressed. Those two things are not mutually exclusive. It's not about taking the side of anyone, but standing firm on the Word of God. If Mike is guilty, certain scripture verses will apply; if Mike is not guilty, another set of Scripture verses will apply. Whichever verse someone wants to use will depend on what his/her opinion is. As for me who lives 4500 miles away and never been to KC or the US, I go by Proverbs 18:17: the first to plead his case seems right, until another comes to examine him. So I listen to both sides, back and forth, jump to no conclusion and stay in prayer.

In this case though, after this 50 day disaster, where MB has hidden while his ELT have been torn to shreds? Of course. I seen a long with my ministry partner, clear back in 2015 I tried to bring it to ministry leaders, nobody would listen to us we were just deemed crazy and literally thrown out my prayer room staff badge removed, I pulled my family out Abba told me judgment was coming on the house this was 8 years ago!! Our story has never changed and the ripple effect of lives it has touched is beyond our understanding! Obviously this is important, but I wish there was this much interest to feed the hungry, clothe the naked, take care of widows, visit those in prison, fund water wells so ppl can drink clean water, stop sex trafficking of children, babies! Dr Michael Brown, who they(the ELT) brought in for advice early on, recommended a neutral 3rd party. According to him they did not follow his advice. Instead of a roofing analogy, why don't we say a group of brothers(with a long history of ministry with ihopkc and elsewhere)brought forward an accusation/accusations they deemed credible and got the door slammed in their face. It has been extremely difficult for those of us that admire Mike to believe something like this could be true but the way the ELT has handled it looks like they are covering up and now they have hired a crisis manager to defend themselves. Do you expect me to believe him over Joel Richardson, Allen Hood, Dwayne Roberts, Wes Martin, Mike Sullivant, Wess Hall, etc,etc,etc???

I too have been part of IHOP KC and was blessed by my time, but now would never send a child, a young person , someone who is new in their faith and their relationship with the Lord , probably no one to be a part of such a guarded n secretive n misleading group of leaders... Typical playbook that celebrity pastors use, blame and shame until their Leader gets back in power. Happened to Ravi Zacharias who blamed Lori Ann Thompson and actually tried to sue her for 1 million dollars. Ravi’s ministry did their own internal investigation like IHOPKC is doing declared Ravi was innocent. It wasn’t until his death that they brought in a 3rd party investigation and the devastation he cause to women came out. Willowcreek, hillsong, etc. Bickle refuses to speak, his emails to Doe’s husband is weird and pretty convicting. The myriad of leaders who worked with him and walked with him all requested to talk to him, he refused and Yes Jane Doe’s testimony counts as evidence and it is corroborated by others. But we already know who you believe by your nasty comment. I was offering prayer and you were upset that there are Daughters of Zelophehad will be heard. Don’t worry your leader will be back but God’s Daughters will be heard even though you don’t believe them!

There has never been a “neutral” 3rd party offered by iHop… the 3rd party has always been biased, defense lawyers and it is absolutely 100% reasonable for any potential victims to reject the idea of divulging their testimonies and stories with anyone who is hired by iHop and representing iHop - They are not 3rd party neutral investigators. It’s time to press harder for help and defend potential victims but continue to pray for those involved.

Stuart says his recent prayers have mostly been, "Lord have mercy." God's mercy involves the exposure of sin so that true repentance may be possible. God desires truth in the inward parts, and still there is a lack of transparency on stage. True transparency is purity, so if they are wanting the fear of the Lord, then His consuming fire will bring all the impurities to the surface, so I'm trusting God that He will bring all of the truth into the light.

Why would a victim use the founder of the investigation agency as their private attorney for the same case when the “complaint group” wants to use that same person and their agency for an unbiased professional investigation? There’s always two sides to the same story. If you started hearing one side, wait to hear the other before assuming you know what’s happening or you will start likely spread gossip and strife in the process. You have to be patient and persevering. It will all be brought to light and made right. The Lord will see to it!

Why do they keep asking/praying for mercy? God is mercy, so all He does is merciful. We don't have to beg Him for mercy. That is an old covenant mindset. We are under the new covenant and are blessed with every spiritual blessing. God is FOR US, not against us.
