Loneliness is causing her depression, but she doesn't know what to call it. She really needs communication with the world. Getting the shop is super ideal for her, and if possible, you can get someone to live with her because, when she gets back home from her shop, the house would be empty, making her feel lonely and depressed. So I think both options would change her whole life and heal her better. God bless Lady Zee.
