Jurisdiction of High Court extends to respective province only. Decision of Balochistan High Court will be applicable in Balochistan only. 7E tax has to be paid in Sindh and Punjab as it has been upheld by the respective High Courts of both the provinces

According to Norwegian FBR, if owner lives for one year in the property, and sell it after one year no gain tax, I have bought and sold 5 properties. In Turkey in owner keep his property for five years, no gain tax, if he sell after one years he will get 20%n less gain tax. I sold one property in Turkey after five years. That is owner friendly gain tax laws.

I have an agriculture area of 5 kanal (inherited), which is already declared in my tax return as '0' zero value. I have declared 5 kanal land in 5 parts, so 1 kanal land separately in each/new field of capital asset. I want to sale 2 kanal land. Can I download 2, 7E certificates (1 + 1 kanal) for the purpose of selling 2 Kanal land in single turn/registry. or there must be 2 kanal land mentioned in single 7E certificate? in that case, shall i revise the return?

I was unable to submit my sales tax due to supplier pending return, now fbr remove annex a and make me liable to pay tax against that purchase i.e 3rd schedule. Now My return is hanged in between. How to solve it

FBR kaam karnay ke liay tayyar nahin. FBR chahta hay ke aesay laws pass hon jisse bethay bithaey tax ikutha ho jaey. FBR hud harram idara hay. Rishwat khanay aur bethay bithaey tax extortion karna chahta hay. Ab ye zalalatein khutam honi chahein. Already hum Property Tax, Advance Tax, Capital Gain Tax, Stamp Duties, CVT, Transfer Tax de rahay hein. Koi justification nahin iss 7E tax ki. Provincial Governments already Propperty Tax hur saal le rahi hein tou Federal Government kesay koi additional tax laga sakti hay?
