Thanks Ms Getrude, this is "Moss Tarr" festival of the moon. It depicts a new season when new crops are harvested and almost to when evil spirits areseen at night just like the Halloween and are celebrated at the sametime the "Ber" Mba months as our iyamiri brothers call it, the kifs portay a wrong msg. We tie "Banta"-Bente not leaves its the masqu that wear leafs, the men tie hides(skin) beatifully design and the women wear "yiim- forr" a kind of creeping grass andleaf to cover the front. Enough of that litterature Getrude, but the music is so meaningful.
