Now, THIS is more like it! I didn't dislike the premiere episode, but I wasn't wowed about it either (concept is fire though). This episode? This episode I not only enjoyed, but was wowed by immensely. I really enjoyed the crossover between Agatha Harkness and the Eternals in 1930s Hollywood. That dance-off with her and Kingo was splendid. I would watch on loop, that's how damn good it is. Looking forward to the next episode.

I've said it before, and I will say it again, I will miss this show after this season. It is one of the few shows that I wished could go on, especially with Fantastic Four and X-Men coming in after Secret Wars. Would have loved to see What Ifs dealing with those characters. Hopefully, this main return, make your voices heard people, What If should not fade away.

I wonder how this one goes over with the fandoms as this seems to be a subject they rant about a lot (industry, Hollywood elites, whatever the hell Woke actually is and why ever it even matters). I'm sure I'll see it pop on a social network. I had thought about during the last episode which was content I imagined really appealed to the fandoms. Actors who have seen react to this one of course loved it. In the first I do have a background in selling toys and am studied in 80's-90's toy line driven cartoons thus appreciated all the meta commentary. Likewise I was dragged out to Hollywood for awhile by some of the people from the Bollywood generation presented here so much of this too was a personal treat. Else as a newcomer to this show (undecided whether to take the older episodes in) I will say I do not understand the harsher criticism about it. It's different and rather unexpected, I will grant them that. More experimental even. I feel with this they basically are on a fishing expedition to see what hits and does not as evidenced by a new show being based on a single episode that became very popular (Zombies). It also does not resemble the What If? comic books I had read and is more genre bending antics. But? It is a fun show to watch and seems to live up to it's own merits. I don't feel invested but maybe that's a good thing as a break from the norm with MCU stuff. I feel much of the stuff in these episode which should in their right be very impactful will not and are otherwise just a fun treat. That's not a bad thing. I don't mind not worrying where Hulkzilla ends up for example (as a throwaway character in Multiverse Of Madness for example). It's nice to just sit back and let this show make me giggle. I also appreciate the style partly as animator and partly because it seems inspired by styles I grew up with (MTV Spider-Man, Beast Wars, so on). Oh yeah. I checked it out because I am tasked to make a 3d game model for a mod of Agatha here. Wish me and my carpel tunnel luck.

When I finished "Agatha All Along", my first question was if they were going to make Agatha an OP character in the MCU due to her absorption powers, similar to how Dr. Strange became OP in What If...? Season 1. They answered me with this episode!!! 😮
