I get an odd warning: "LaTeX Warning: Float too large for page by 671.49707pt on input line 18" and my figure is way zoomed, takes up half a page, and i can only see a quarter of the figure.

Thanks, it was very helpful, ... if i have 6 subfigures and i used document of two columns, One column does not have enough space for all subfigures what can i do??

When you are referring the figure number appears as 1b. How can I make it appear as 1(b)?
