Only one mistake. Madras Filter coffee should be mixed by pouring the coffee from the cup to that small bowl, and vice-versa about 5 times.

Well you should try veg cuisines like malai kofta, shahi paneer, mix veg, aalo gobhi(dry potato and cauliflower curry), daal makhani along with naan and veg Biryani. And why don't you try to cook aalo poha and upma(both are breakfast)...
