You can read the title like this: m'a l'eshran. The apostrophe is a stop, replacing the 3 which represents a sound that only exists in some Afro-Asiatic languages (such as Arabic and its dialects). The song is part political commentary (especially targetted at the prime minister of Morocco who said he will "re-educate Moroccans"), and part clashing other rappers like Don Bigg (shown tied up in the car). The outro song is probably a future work of Dizzy Dros.There are so many hidden messages in the video clip that I'd have to write a whole article to list them all and explain them (for example the logo of Al-jazeera, which is a caligraphic Arabic writing of the name of that TV channel, is replaced by "Al Harira", which looks very similar, and means "Moroccan soup", or "trouble", "chaos").
