It’s still live. They actually hired a movie director to direct this music video because they wanted it to be as cinematic as possible. Turri Jandi was the best video this season in my opinion but at the same time Blockbuster is a one shot take sung live and in one shot and it’s crazy.

Everything is live and In studio, They have an outdoor and indoor set that they create for each song individually. Last season they started it on a smaller scale but Season 15 they have really pushed the boundaries on Cinematography and set design and have set the bar insanely high.

This season cs has included artist that had made some impact in pak music maanu started his career by posting one min videos of his singing and gradually gained attention annural also started by doing covers of songs now she is doing her own songs this song was written by maanu and annural also contributed with lyrics

Its always live and on set. Notice the earplugs worn by the singers. In CS 15 a couple of songs were performed live on outdoor sets for the first time. Some songs in this season (inc. this) also included VFX.

All of it is recorded in same take as the video we see them singing, so yes it is live recorded performance, there maybe post production edits and mixing and cuts in between but we hear what we see. Last season Coke Studio introduced live music video concept, diff video and set for each song, all originals, never done anywhere, and now this season first time in this song they introduced story linee aswelll, this is also first of its kind for live recorded performance, this was shot in one set with some CGI but was v interesting. Video showing has confusion among lovers and doubt caused by outsiders. You should definetely see Magical Journey videos (behind the scene process), it is v interesting like their journey, developement and idea of songs, love for music, set pproduction, artists intro, v well shot like a short documentary. Please react to Blockbuster next its one take video with one camera and a fun banger song.

for the last 3 seasons, none os=f the singing is libe, since zulfi took over.Coke Studio singing was live till 2021 till when Rohail Hayat was the director. Coke Studio is just a didaster now for the last 3 years
