you should see tomboy, my bag, I want that, hann and dumdi dumdi! i also suggest you to check out their albums cause they generally made their own songs. "I never die" would be great to start cause its the 1st full album they came back with after soojin was kicked from the group. Soyeon, the leader and the rapper of the group basically their main producer, she wrote all of their title tracks. Minnie, Yuqi and Miyeon also wrote some of their bside songs.

First, for your question they just distribute soojin's parts to other members. Fun fact: (G)i-dle is self-produce group. All title songs and 80% of songs produced by soyeon, other songs produced by yuqi and minnie. About group concept, i don't think they have explicit concept. They have many song's style. It has joke "(g)i-dle concept is concept" because they change concept every comeback, it depends on what they want to do. In "oh my god" you got Minnie and Soojin mixed up 😊 When they perform the older songs they divide Soojin's lines between them. Shuhua usually gets most of them - early in the career she had very few lines because she was finding it hard to learn Korean, so it was easier for her to pick up more lines. In Lion, Minnie begins and Soojin used to end it, but Minnie now does both.

@K-Jupiter-7 it was difficult. Soyeon has said she thought they might not be able to recover, which is why she fought to double the budget for "Tomboy", their first comeback after it happened. She felt they needed to go big or they would be over. Soojin clearly hit them hard. One of the b-sides from this year is definitely referencing what happened. They did an MV for "Revenge" and in one scene there is a piece of paper with 4 dates of birth on the bottom - 3 are for existing members and one is Soojin. There are also several less obvious references, such as it being released on the 100th day of Soojin's return as a soloist, that her last album was "I burn" (you'll understand if you watch the MV), that Shuhua plays 2 characters in the MV, both labelled as people whose names begin with "S". The album with "Tomboy" has 2 or 3 tracks that seem to be talking directly to Soojin, and "Nxde" is thought by some to be referencing her as well, with the cartoon girl and the fact that Soojin is well known to be a big fan of Marilyn.
