There are many forms of classical dancing. As someone who is familiar with a bit of kuchipudi, I would recommend to check out videos from Sandhya Raju, a Kuchipudi dancer. She received National award in 2022 for her choreography.

The song Sri Mahisasurini mardini strotam or 'Aigiri Nandini' is basically about forms of divine Feminine God Durgaeyi and she comes in parallel forms to vanquish extremely brilliant n learned Raja-Raakshasas, many of them, who turned very benevolent. Each strotam is a defined super combat.

It's not the Bengali style of dance. Sadhavi Majumdar is a Bengali from Tripura. This is Bharatnatyam which originates from the Southern state of India called Tamil Nadu. I don't understand why people suggest such mediocre videos. If you want to see Bharatnatyam react to Sridevi Nrityalaya videos, if you want to see Kathak, look out for Kumar Sharma with Svetlana Tulasi ( especially the song Tera chehra)....

The forms (Mudra) they are making are of Bharatnatyam Classical dance style from Southern India. There is no such thing as Bengali classical dance.

The language is sanskrit (one of the oldest language). Mostly Hindu scriptures are written in it that dates back atleast 5000 years old. It's one of most precise language as well but sadly very few know it now in India. Also the bells in legs are called ghungroo in hindi.

For other Classical Dance forms, you can consider the likes of Kathak and Odissi (my personal favourite among classical dance forms). There are many more, but these two are good entry points after Bharatnatyam. You can also check out Indian folk dance forms like Bhangra, Ghumar, Lavani and many more. I don't even know all of them, but I can suggest some from Maharashtra if needed.

Just listen and react to the song " Devasabhathalam..." From the movie 'His Highness Abdullah ' sung by Dr. k J Yesudas . In the movie it is taken as a musical competition between the character of Mohanlal ( singer K J Yesudas) and a character of a veteran singer cast by Kaithapram in a palace. Just see how they compete in the musical concert and won. The other one thought that the character of Mohanlal is not having respect to veteran singers like himself while Mohanlal doesn't know what real sangeetham ( music ) is. But all the audience were impressed and immersed in the music at the end. As you guys know music u can really enjoy it. The composer Raveendran Master himself is singing for the Kaithapram ( the opponent) Kaithapram is the actual lyricist of the song two. Sharath is singing for the king (sitting in the middle)

The background music for the bharatnatyam dance or any other Classical Indian dance (except kathak i think) tells the story. The dancer is an actress acting out the story in the form of dance. Facial expressions, eyes, head movements, neck movements, mudras (wrist and finger poses), body movements everything tells the story and is also what differentiates a good dancer to a filmy one.

It is result of third grade dance shows on TV. TV shows are run by movie choreographers and thus all the dances are on movie songs and no matter what background, all of the participants are groomed for "item" dance numbers. Even minor girls below age 10 are trained to do twerking and other such sexual dance moves while their parents cheer.

I think the break has kind of made all the requests a bit more chaotic. I think you guys should go back to learning the basics of things first. You started to do that with music and some films. That’s why you guys have some understanding of those. But still not a lot of the culture and the different regions, religions and languages. I would suggest to take it step by step.
