She only take 1 semester in University of Santo Thomas in the Philippines and didn't push through because of her career. But Jona is one of those Pop singer who can sing Classical music, i think she has a friend who is a professional classical singer who guide her. Im now 33yrs old and first heard jona when i was 16yrs old when she started to audition in pinoy pop super star. Her genre before was more on pop and ballad songs and she blew up our mind when started classical music just before the pandemic, that is why she can transition from classical to pop and ballad smoothly

Singers like Regine, Katrina, Jona, Sara G. Have been trained for amateur singing competitions at early days of their singing journey. The older amateur singing contests focused on the standards. Where female voices were expected to sound like Barbara Streissand and the like. Men were expected to sound like Martin Nievera but not like a Gary V. or a Bamboo.

You might want to use ear phones. The volume of their videos sounds perfect for me bcoz I always use ear/head phones. I’m always conscious about volume adjustment so as not to damage my hearing in the long run, that’s why I can’t stand other videos with excessively loud volumes bcoz I would find it too bothersome to always lower down the volume at the get-go. And it’s very irritating when ever I play a video that greets my ears with a painfully deafening, ear-splitting sound right from the start.
