umar me bas dagha wo , che ter pa dagha rang sholo. yo khwahish ke yo, yo arman ke pa yo shoq yo intizar ke , yo janoon ke yo latoon ke bas pata pase janana. zama pa khyal ke ta we zama pa khob ke ta we. zama pa zra zama zigar zama ahsas ke ke ta we. no zaka ma darpase laare sahra krale, tyare rada krale, shpe me saba krale. bas pa de latoon ke gula kala khandalee me dee kala jaralee me dee, da waswaso pa tal ke kala zangalee me dee, beshmara tarme okhke pa lapo skhalee me dee, sta pa talash ke jana ma khpal jwandoon obailo , starge nazar zra ow zigar me bailo ziar mazigar skare makham aw speen sahar me bailo . kho akhir o me monde rata muskay shwe gula dase khkara shwa rata che ta hum zama pa tama zama pa intizar we zama kho ta ta che ma okatal no stargo de swal okro che ae da khaist malooke tar oosa charta we ta ? tar osa charta we ta tar osa charta we ta ?. bia lag herana shole lag parashana shole , che da de kago laro na da de ogdo laro na sanga ratera shole . wai bia de las rakro we de rasha zama sang ta gule , laga dama sha pa aram sha pa kalara kena, shonde muskai kra gule okhke nore ma sasawa za ba wafa darkram mena ba hum dera dar kram guloona sra beshmar storee ba hum der darkrama . ma we khudai ghanee badshah de awredonke da har cha de ka jwand gware latoon okra da talash pa jahan okra wao ch e loi allah loi alla loi darbar de .. dar kawe darkawe darkawe . ..ma we tanda ma shwa mata tol ghamona me shoo shata aus ba tol umar khandegam nor ba chare na jaregam nor ba chare na jaregam kho che zan tame lag pam sho no zama ... da jwand makham wo , da mastai pa mekada ke khale shawe zama jam wo , zama starge shwe benoora shunde yakhe be surura khushale lara panah shwa da zra khuna me tala shwa. wai sang ba tala darzama ....... aw sang ba sta deedan kauma aw sang ba ta mahsoosuma aw sanga ba ta.....za khapalaoma. aae zama da stargo tora ae zama da zra qarara ae zama da zra qarara ae zama da zra qarara ......

i belive this is the pushto's deepest ghazal..written by the wonderful Ghani Khan and sung by the ever green Sardar ali takkar cant find a better combination than these two..

The poem is not wrritten by Ghani Khan, actually i was not sure about Salma Shaheen but now i do assure-it has been written at least by a women, Hey Guys, Remeber the program on PTV called Abasin... or some thing like this, Hosted by Abasin Yousaf Zai; Takar was asked about the author and Takar Sahib told that "Da Yawa Pukhtana Peghla Da che Khpl noom patt satal Ghwarri"... A Pashtoon Girl who dose not want to reveal her name... Any way.. Great poem! Hamza Afghanistan

I had quite a big discussion with friends-but i heared from Sardar Ali Takar that this poem is written by a Pashtoon Girl who dose not want her name released; it wasI think the "Abaseen"Program by Abaseen Sahib on PTV or PTV2 (not sure)-and Sabir Sahib, I really checked Ghani's books but i have nt seen it. i appreciate if yuo could share more with us.
