Ohhh myy this just made me smile and giggle watching so much!!! You are seriously such an Amazing Mom and Absolutely Gorgeous!!! I would love to look as fit and beautiful as you!! And I have not had Any children..! But I’ve been a caregiver to both of my parents ( they had me late in life) I lost my daddy in 2020 and my momma in 2023 ..so my depression (which I already had) has taken much more of a toll on my caring for myself. I keep fighting to get my motivation back and take care of myself properly at only 32. It’s hard though! You are an inspiration 🩷🩷🩷 thanks girl 🥹

@@LaToyaChastineI’ve gained weight too😢 but we got this. I stopped doing personal training about two weeks now because I hadn’t seen any significant changes to my body after doing it for one year. I’m going to join a different gym and participate in the cardio, steps and weights classes. I’ve always had good results doing this particular instructor’s classes. It can become so frustrating and discouraging at times but I’m grateful to God for my overall health and life. Thank you Jesus.
